Wine by the Vines: Calabria – an Asheville Wine Dinner Series

The July 17th dinner focuses on food and wine from Calabria, the metaphorical toe of the Italian boot, bordered by the beautiful Tyrrhenian and Ionian seas. From pork to lamb to seafood, Calabrian food includes fresh meats, zestful produce, and homegrown spices. Its ancient grapes produce light, graceful reds.
