Northern Italy shares borders with France, Switzerland, Austria, and Slovenia, with the Mediterranean bordering its west coast, and with its east coast across the Adriatic Sea from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, and Greece. Italy’s Northern regional cuisines express influences from both the geography and the country’s neighbors, while maintaining a distinct regional flavor.

This 5-course, wine-paired dinner offers a chance to learn more about the cuisine and wine of Northern Italy and an opportunity to purchase your favorite bottles to take home. The wine tasting will be guided by our in-house sommelier and the evening’s featured wine distributor and food is the creation of Chef de Cuisine Chuck Baudendistle.
