Explore Italy’s various regional cuisines and wine through this 5-course dinner and wine pairing. $65 per person. Gluten-free and vegetarian diets can be accommodated with advance notice.

The August 21st dinner focuses on food and wine from Puglia, Italy’s bountiful boot heel known for its whitewashed hill towns and miles of Mediterranean coastline. Must-eat foods include breads and focaccia, orecchiette pasta, cheeses like caciocavallo, burrata and stracciatella, lamb, pork, and seafood, olives and prickly pear. The region produces rich and fruity red wines like Nero di Troia and Negroamaro.
