Wine by the Vines: Tuscany – an Asheville Wine Dinner Series

The May 15 dinner focuses on the famed region of Tuscany, known for its simplicity and use of high-quality ingredients. Legumes, cheeses, and vegetables complement wild game stews, sauces, and pastas. Panzanella and Bistecca alla Fiorentina are among the region’s more famous dishes. For wines, look out for Sangiovese-based dry reds, like Chianti, Vino Nobile, and Montepulciano.
